At HomeFlair, we prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure that every product meets high-quality standards. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we are here to assist you.
2-Day Return Policy
We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns are only accepted in cases where the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
• Be in the same condition as received.
• Be in its original packaging.
• Have the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a replacement, you must first return the damaged product. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order.
The replacement product will be delivered within 7 business days after approval.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
